400V Single-channel isolated gate-driver IC EiceDRIVER™ 1EDB8275F (1EDBx275F Family)

EiceDRIVER™ 1EDBx275F is a family of single-channel isolated gate-driver ICs, designed to drive Si MOSFETs, SiC
MOSFETs and GaN FETs. 1EDBx275F is available in an 8-pin DSO package with 4 mm input-to-output creepage and
provides basic isolation (according to UL1577) by means of on-chip coreless transformer (CT) technology.
With an excellent common-mode rejection, low part-to-part skew, fast signal propagation and small package
size, the 1EDBx275F is a superior alternative to high-side driving solutions using optocouplers or pulse
transformers. 1EDBx275F is best suited for half-bridge (full-bridge) driving in combination with EiceDRIVER™ 1EDNx550B
(single-channel gate driver with true differential inputs), due to precise timing matching. The combination is of
particular interest in driving 4-pin Kelvin-source MOSFETs (e.g. 600 V CoolGaN™, 650 V CoolSiC™).
