The BTF6070-2EKV is a 60 mΩ dual channel Smart High-Side Power Switch
It is specially designed to drive Valve Applications in the harsh automotive
environment. The µC compatible power switch can serve a wide application
portfolio starting from 12V, 24V and up to 42V DC.

This circuit demonstrates the overvoltage and undervoltage protection features
of the BTF6070-2EKV. Many other PROFET™ devices provide similar protection
features.

With a sweep supply voltage 0 to 100V and back to 0V the overvoltage and
undervoltage protection features is demonstrated. The devices starts switching
above the minimum functional supply voltage VS(UV) about 5V and will be shut
down if it is higher then VS(AZ) about 75V.

If the supply voltage is below the undervoltage mechanism VS(UV) about 3.5V
the device is OFF (turns OFF). As soon as the supply voltage is above the
undervoltage mechanism VS(OP) about 5V, then the device can be switched ON.
