Time-of-Flight (ToF) REAL3™ image sensors laser diode driver IC IRS9100C for high-power,
fast modulation frequency Laser (VCSEL) and LED illumination driver - Rise and fall time circuit

The IRS9100C is a low-cost small footprint laser diode driver IC for indirect Time-of-Flight (ToF) image sensors
enabling fast switching and highly efficient conversion from electrical to optical power. The laser driver is
designed to perfectly align with the REAL3™ iToF image sensor family but can also be used for LDS (laser
distance sensor) systems using dToF sensors. The IRS9100C is a high-power, fast modulation frequency Laser
(VCSEL) and LED illumination driver. Fast rise and fall times allow it to be used for depth measurements
e.g.: iToF and LDS systems. High peak current allows for strong but short optical output bursts.
The IRS9100C comes in a small TSNP-10-4 package, while integrating features like LVDS, voltage and
thermal monitoring further reduces the application's footprint.
