We leverage industry standard Floating Gate and proprietary MIRRORBIT™ technologies to deliver fast random access and high density solutions. The product line supports page mode, standard mode, and simultaneous read/write parallel NOR products. Our longevity program offers long-term availability of up to 10+ years, making Infineon the most trusted supplier of parallel NOR Flash solutions.
The Infineon GL NOR Flash family is optimized for the voltage, density, cost-per-bit, reliability, performance and scalability needs of a wide variety of embedded applications. Each device requires only a single 3.0V power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC Flash standards.
The Infineon AL NOR Flash family is a standard mode Flash with extended temperature support. Each device requires only a single 3.0V power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC Flash standards.
The Infineon AS NOR Flash family is a standard mode Flash. Each device requires only a single 1.8V power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC Flash standards.
The Infineon PL and JL NOR Flash families are capable of performing simultaneous read and write operations with zero latency on four separate banks. The PL family also supports page-mode operation which increases data throughput to improve system performance. Each device requires only a single 3V power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC Flash standards.
Infineon works with chipset partners to qualify Infineon memories with partner SoCs. Chipset partners get early access to Infineon products and dedicated support to qualify our memories on their boards. These efforts result in pairing charts that map our Infineon memory products with chipset partner product portfolios. The table below contains links to the pairing charts. Select a memory from these pairing charts to shorten your design cycle.

- Highlight both recommended memories and qualified memories
- Indicate (when applicable) which software version has been qualified
Infineon IC qualification with an SoC is performed by our SoC partner via a reference design, evaluation board, bring-up board, demonstration board, validation board, or turnkey reference design.

- Use them to select the best Infineon solution(s) for your chipset of choice
- Use them to fine-tune the selection of Infineon solutions (compliant memory interface, voltage, memory density, etc.)
