MOSFET supplier with Best-in-Class innovation. The C6 devices provide all benefits
of a fast switching SJ MOSFET while not sacrificing ease of use. Extremely low
switching and conduction losses make switching applications even more efficient,
compact, lighter and cooler.

This circuit is used for inverters that work directly on the grid. The MOSFETs U11-U14
and their driver circuits form the secondary side of the inverter (power part). The driver
signals are created by V_A , V_B, V_C and V_D.
