Description:

This evaluation board for the 2ED300C17-S / -ST IGBT driver board can be used for all medium and high power IGBT modules up to 1700V. Electrical as well as optical (optional) interfacing is provided. For many modules, complementary module adapters are available. Module adapters and the driver core have to be ordered separately.
