About

TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family's S6J331x features 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®- R5 core and operates up to 240 MHz. This microcontroller comes with highly efficient 2D graphic engines with advanced feature sets for memory savings, safety, and high image quality to help manufacturers take advantage of the lower overall system costs while meeting the increasingly high levels of performance and quality that industrial, consumer, and automotive applications demand. In addition, this microcontroller offers support for the HYPERBUS™ memory interface, a breakthrough that dramatically improves read performance while reducing the number of pins. This microcontroller comes with Ethernet AVB, CAN FD, a high-speed communication protocol compatible with the conventional CAN, and SHE as a security function. The S6J331x series has a lot of lineups. The suitable specification microcontroller can be selected from the rich lineup.

While we are maintaining the longevity of the products for the automotive industry, these products listed under this page are not recommended for new designs.

S6J331x is dedicated to classic cluster applications, with needles driven by the stepper motors, and a basic LCD or expanding external TFT LCD panel by the LCD bus that is ideal for low- to mid-end designs, as well as a great companion MCU for the GPU oriented high-end applications. All the features are common among the Traveo family; customers can easily scale up/down within the same family devices.
