What will you create?

PSOC™ Control microcontroller family enables real-time control and increased system efficiency of motor control and power conversion applications. This family of high-performance Arm® Cortex®- M33 MCUs allows designers to innovate, solve complex design problems and get their products to market faster than ever before.

Typical applications include HVAC, home appliances, robotics, telecom and server power supplies, light electric vehicle chargers, solar inverters, and industrial automation.

PSOC™ Edge is Infineon’s Machine Learning-enhanced sensing, low power, secured, and advanced HMI high-performance microcontroller family and enables designers to deliver unmatched, highly usable end-user experiences for next generation devices.

PSOC™ Edge devices are based on high-performance Cortex™-M55, including Helium DSP support paired with machine learning hardware accelerators intended to accelerate neural networks in Machine Learning and AI applications. In addition, PSOC™ Edge is supported by a rich set of enablement including the industry-recognized ModusToolbox™ software including integration with the Imagimob Studio AI solution and its off-the shelf ML models provided Ready Models.

• PSOC™ 6 is Infineon's newest PSOC™ MCU, built on a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-M architecture, delivering industry-leading ultra-low power, flexibility, and security for IoT

• Includes a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 and a low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+, industry-leading CAPSENSE™, software-defined analog and digital peripherals, and multiple connectivity options such as Bluetooth® LE and USB

• Integrated, hardware-based trusted execution environment with secure data storage

PSOC™ 4 is an Arm®-based MCU, featuring the low-power Cortex®-M0 and Cortex®-M0+ cores combined with PSOC™'s unique programmable mixed-signal hardware IP and CAPSENSE™, resulting in the industry's most flexible and scalable, low-power, mixed-signal architecture.

In addition to its analog and digital capabilities, the PSOC™ 4 also features advanced sensing technologies, including fifth-generation CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing, inductive sensing, and liquid level sensing. These technologies are designed to provide accurate and reliable sensing, and are offered as a Multi-Sense solution, which integrates all of these sensing technologies onto a single chip.

Infineon's PSOC™ Automotive microcontroller portfolio provides AEC-Q100 compliant PSOC™ 4 devices. It also includes PSOC™ 4 High Voltage (HV) products which is the next family of products that are based on a 42 V technology. It integrates high-precision, programmable analog blocks, and programmable digital blocks with high-voltage (12 V) microcontroller operation and communication transceivers such as LIN/CXPI PHY, and an Arm® Cortex® M0+ CPU with embedded memory.

PSOC™ Automotive Multitouch controller provides car manufacturers with the ability to design a perfect user experience with their touchscreen HMI systems. This family provides scalable support for screen sizes from 6” up to 35” with multi-chip architectures.

PSOC™ Automotive Fingerprint devices offer Capacitive Sensing based fingerptint solutions. The controllers incorporate: field upgradable firmware, on-sensor imagenoptimization and low power programmable finger detection and enables various applications such as secure payment or automated adjustment of driver settings in-vehicle.
