The MOTIX™ TLE9868QXB20 is a highly integrated single-chip 2-Phase motor control solution that combines an industry-standard Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, LIN transceiver, power supply, and H-bridge driver. Featuring two differential 14-bit sigma-delta ADCs, this device is an ideal solution for automotive motor control applications that require precise control and increased reliability, such as wipers.
