The S70FS01GSDSBHM213 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) FS-S Flash memory device with dual stacked FS512S dies, featuring 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, including single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, with read rates up to 80 MBps and page programming up to 512 bytes. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, and extended 32-bit addressing for embedded and automotive use.
