The AUIR3240S is a high-side MOSFET driver for high-current switching applications like Q-diode start/stop. It features very low quiescent current in both on and off states and integrates under-voltage lockout protection to prevent MOSFET operation in linear mode. Additionally, it includes an analog interface for temperature monitoring.
