Infineon offers XENSIVTM magnetic angle position sensors in single die (TLE5x09A16) and dual die (TLE5x09A16D) versions for safety applications with redundancy. Both versions are pin-compatible for easy scalability. The sensor utilizes 5.0V, single die GMR technology without TCO. Derivatives include TLE5009A16, TLE5009A16D, TLE5109A16, TLE5109A16D, and TLE5309D (dual AMR/GMR). Safety Manual available on request.
