Equipped with the latest Infineon power module HybridPACK™ Drive (FS820R08A6P2xx, FS660R08A6P2FxB, FS770R08A6P2xB, FS950R08A6P2B), this kit demonstrates exceptional performance with the latest IGBT generation EDT2 and module package technology. Designed for laboratory use, it can drive loads up to 150 kW for DC voltages up to 500 V, prepared for fluid cooling and achieving high efficiency values up to 99% even on light load conditions.
