Complex, technical innovations call for the formation of effective networks. Accordingly, we maintain collaborative partnerships with universities, industry companies and associations. One part of the network is the participation in and initiation of projects funded by public sources (e.g. the German Federal Ministries of Education and Research, the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, EU subsidies).

Infineon Warstein is driving structural transformation in power semiconductor module manufacturing and is on its way to becoming an "Innovation Site". This means that our employees work intensively on manufacturing innovation topics in the course of the transformation from mass production to the Innovation Factory, along the entire value chain from the idea to processes and all the way to the customer. This is a fundamental contribution to the competitive strength and future viability of the site.
