Prof Lawrence Loh
Director, Center for Governance and Sustainability

Prof Lawrence Loh is Director, Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore where he is Professor of Practice in Strategy and Policy. He received a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His thesis on technology governance was awarded first prize in the worldwide doctoral competition in management information systems.
Prof Loh leads sustainability initiatives for ASEAN and Singapore. He steers the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. Prof Loh heads studies on business integrity and workplace diversity

Dr Helmut Gassel
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO),

Helmut Gassel has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Marketing Officer of Infineon Technologies AG since 2016 (mandated until 30 June 2024).

Helmut Gassel was born in 1964 in Dortmund, Germany.
He holds a Diploma in Physics from the Ruhr-University in Bochum, Germany. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University Duisburg, Germany.

He joined Infineon (Siemens AG until 1999) in 1995.

Mr Chua Chee Seong
President and Managing Director
Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific

Mr Chua Chee Seong oversees the strategic direction of Infineon’s Asia Pacific regional sales and marketing, R&D, manufacturing and corporate activities, a position he has held since July 2017. Infineon’s Asia Pacific headquarters is based in Singapore with local presence in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan.
