概要

インフィニオンのデジタル気圧センサーファミリーは、その小型のフォームファクター、高精度、および低消費電力により、モバイル機器やウェアラブル機器に最適です。圧力検出は、広い温度範囲にわたって超高精度（±5cm）と相対精度（±0.6hPa）を保証する容量検知技術に基づいています。センサーの内部信号処理では、圧力センサー要素と温度センサー要素からの出力を24ビットの結果に変換します。各圧力センサーは個別にキャリブレーションされており、キャリブレーション係数を含んでいます。係数はアプリケーションで測定結果を真の圧力と温度の値に変換するために使用されます。すべてのセンサーには、最新の32個の測定値を保存できるFIFOがあります。ホストプロセッサはデータを読み出す間隔で、より長い時間スリープモードに留まることができるので、FIFOの活用によりシステムの電力消費を減らすことができます。センサ測定値とキャリブレーション係数は、シリアルI2C / SPIインタフェースを介して取り出すことができます。 

DPS310

消費電力が非常に重要であり、圧力測定において最高の精度が要求される用途に推奨される、非常に消費電力の低い気圧センサ。

DPS422

超小型で極小量域に収まり非常に薄いパッケージ（0.73 mm typ。）を持つモノリシックチップソリューション。 DPS422は、高精度の圧力測定を行い、気象観測所、サーモスタットなどのアプリケーションで必要とされる非常に正確な絶対温度検出（±0.4ºC）も提供しています。

DPS368 *

DPS368は、クラス最高の分解能（±2 cm）、非常に速い読み出し速度、および低消費電流を提供します。センサーは水中（IPx 8  -  50 m、1時間水中）、埃、湿気に強いので過酷な環境でも使用できます。 DPS368は、小型パッケージサイズで最大80％のスペースを節約し、モバイルアプリケーションやウェアラブルデバイスに最適です。

Infineon XENSIV™ DPS368 - ultra small waterproof pressure sensor

DPS368 is a miniaturized digital barometric air pressure sensor with ultra-high precision and a low current consumption, capable of measuring both pressure and temperature. Due to its robust package, it can withstand 50 m under water for one hour . The pressure sensor element is based on a capacitive sensing principle which guarantees high precision during temperature changes. The small package makes the DPS368 ideal for mobile applications and wearable devices.

Due to its robustness DPS368 is a perfect fit for smart watches or other applications being used in harsh environments.
