BTS3018TC

概要

The BTS3018TC is an 18 mOhm single channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch in a PG-TO263-3-2 package providing embedded protective functions.

The device is monolithically integrated with a N channel vertical power FET. The BTS3018TC is automotive qualified and can be used in 12V and 24V automotive applications as well as in industrial applications.
