OptiMOS™ SC power MOSFET is Infineon’s portfolio of low- and medium-voltage MOSFETs in a dual-cool SuperSO8 package. It offers improved heat dissipation, supporting highly efficient and high-power density designs especially when a heat sink and forced airflow are deployed. With its low rdson of 2.8 mOhm it is a perfect fit for a wide range of applications such as power tools, telecom and servers.
