CIPOS™ Mini 600 V, 15 A two-phase asymmetric TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT based intelligent power module in DIP 36x21D package. It is designed to control two phase switched reluctanct motors in variable speed drives for the applictions and it provides excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation based on DCB substrate.
