The FR50 family is a standard microcontroller containing a wide range of I/O peripherals and bus control functions. It features a 32-bit RISC CPU (FR50) core and is suitable for embedded control applications requiring high-performance and high-speed CPU processing. Also, Internal memories to improve the execution speed of the CPU.
The proprietary 32-bit RISC CPU core features an operating speed up to 64 MHz.
Memory densities range from 256 KB to 768 MB Flash. The highly reliable, high-speed Flash memory has an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles with over 10 years of data retention.
The devices include Controller Area Network (CAN), Local Interconnect Network (LIN), UART, and I2C.
