Integrated with Quad SPI offering bandwidths of 66 MByte/s, it operates at a voltage of 1.8V with SDR/DDR interface frequencies of 133 / 66 MHz respectively. It houses the Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and is available in the Infineon package named PG-DSO-16. This device comes with 2-Gb (DDP)/4-Gb (QDP), SEMPER™ Flash with Quad SPI voltage options of 1.8 V, 3.0 V.
