Would you like to take on responsibility and help shape company strategy?
Then the Management Career path is right for you: We support you on your way to executive management. Through training sessions, you’ll develop your leadership skills -- sample subjects include setting priorities, expanding structures and processes, and clearly communicating tasks.

Our Individual Contributor career is the backbone of our company. It is designed for all employees who would like to make their contribution through expertise, competence, or specialized leadership.

Our Project Management Career defines which qualification in terms of experience and competencies is necessary to successfully lead certain project classes.
