The ITS42k5D-LD-F is a 2.5Ω dual channel high-side power switch and
optimized for driving all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads.

This circuit demonstrates the thermal shutdown features of the ITS42k5D-LD-F.
Many other switches provide similar protection features.

Considering thermal behavior (choose thermal model 1....5), the junction temperature
is also rising quickly. When the thermal shutdown trip point TSDOFF is reached, the
in-built protector switches OFF the respective channel. The output remains OFF until
the junction is cooled down to the thermal shutdown release point TSDON.
