The IR7106S is a high voltage, high speed gate driver for power MOSFET and
IGBT. It consists independent high-side and low-side output channels. This IC is
designed to be used with low-cost bootstrap power supplies. Proprietary HVIC
and latch immune CMOS technologies have been implemented in a rugged
monolithic structure. The floating logic input is compatible with standard CMOS
or LSTTL outputs (down to 3.3V logic). The output drivers feature a high-pulse
current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation
delays are matched to simplify the HVIC’s use in high frequency applications.
The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs
in the high-side configuration, which operates up to 700V.

The 600V CoolMOS™ C6 offers a series extremely low conduction and switching
losses and can make switching applications more efficient, more compact, lighter
and cooler.
