H-Bridge Inverter with a 600V CoolMOS™ IPP60R074C6

CoolMOS™ C6 combines Infineon's experience as the leading Superjunction
MOSFET supplier with Best-in-Class innovation. The C6 devices provide all benefits
of a fast switching SJ MOSFET while not sacrificing ease of use. Extremely low
switching and conduction losses make switching applications even more efficient,
compact, lighter and cooler.

This circuit is used for inverters that work directly on the grid. The MOSFETs U11-U14
and their driver circuits form the secondary side of the inverter (power part). The PWM
input is a rectangular signal with a frequency of 50 Hz. During a half wave, refresh
impulses are generated with a frequency of 10 kHz. The clocking is done by the
Schmitt-trigger U6.
