EZ-PD™ CCG7SAF is a highly integrated USB Type-C Power Delivery solution for automotive applications. It features a buck-boost controller, 2 switching FETs, and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor. It's highly programmable, with 128 KB flash, 16 KB RAM, and 32 KB ROM. Ideal for head unit and rear seat chargers, and for rear seat entertainment.
