IRS2975C Time-of-Flight imager with HQVGA resolution and increased sensitivity

IRS2975C features the 6th generation of pixel design with increased sensitivity allowing longer range or reduced power consumption. It offers HQVGA pixel resolution (240x180 pxl) at a tiny 1/6” (3mm) image circle and a highly optimized BoM. The imager is only available as bare die.
