TLE4929C-X2A-M38N
Overview
XENSIV™ - TLE4929C-X2A-M38N Active Hall sensor for crankshaft applications
The Infineon XENSIV™ TLE4929C-X2A complements the TLE492x family by a pre-programmed version for wheels with 32 teeth.
The sensor offers a rotation direction information via a PWM protocol and includes an integrated time watch dog.
Furthermore, min/max detection, offset calculation and compensation, EEPROM-control and output control and Vdd-communication are implemented. The output comes with an open drain.
Packaged in a RoHS compliant 3-pin with Ni plating, the TLE4929C-X2A incorporates two integrated capacitors (470nF/25V and 1.8nF) on the pins, enhancing the device's EMC resistance.
