XENSIV™ - TLE4946K integrated circuit Hall-effect sensor for applications requiring high accuracy

The TLE4946K from Infineon is a bipolar Hall-effect latch, that is automotive qualified, but also perfect fitting into industrial applications. The sensors´ precise magnetic switching points and high temperature stability are achieved by active compensation circuits and chopper techniques on chip.
