Low noise amplifier MMICs for mobile cellular systems: 4G and 5G
Infineon LTE LNA (4G) and 5G LNA MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) are designed to optimize the sensitivity of mobile cellular systems. This allows the highest data traffic area, as well as distance from the next base station to be extended while enabling the highest network efficiency by reducing transmission power and lowering bit error rates.
