BGSX33MU16 is a 3P3T antenna cross switch featuring MIPI 2.0 control interface. The device can offer more than 12 RF switch states allowing maximum RF design flexibility required by diverse mobile applications. Furthermore, just 2μs are typically needed to switch between RF states.
It has a compact size of 2.0 x 2.0 mm2 with just 0.6 mm of thickness.
