Rad tolerant memory solutions designed for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) space applications and constellations
Based on over 40 years of memory leadership and expertise, Infineon has decades of experience in automotive and space electronics resulting in a New Space memory portfolio that is rad tolerant by design for vital support functions of LEO satellite bus platform and payload operations.
Our 2Mb rad tol F-RAMs are available with a serial and parallel interface, deliver virtually infinite endurance, instant non-volatile write technology, greater than 100-year data retention and is intrinsically rad hard. Our F-RAMs are ideal for data logging for calibration data and data storage for sensors and instruments for telemetry, command, and control payloads.
The rad tol 256Mb NOR Flash is architected and designed to deliver the highest levels of safety, reliability, and security. The NOR flash is ideal for configuration image storage for space FPGAs. The industry standard Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI) is simple to use with broad ecosystem support and enables a low pin count in a small package.
