  • Easy Power Modules
    Easy power modules with CoolSiC™: Infineon’s Easy package offers the largest silicon carbide (SiC) portfolio on the market. A variety of half-bridge, six-pack, four-pack, three-level and booster modules with CoolSiC™ MOSFET chips are already available in the industry-leading, low-stray-inductance package Easy. Highest power density and lowest losses can be achieved with modules reaching an on-resistance (RDS(on)) of only 6 mO. With this portfolio, Infineon offers the perfect match for various applications such as PV, UPS, auxiliary inverters, fast EV charging, energy storage and drives.
  • CIPOS™ Intelligent power modules (IPM)
    Our CIPOS™ IPMs are highly integrated, compact power modules designed to drive motors in applications ranging from home appliances, fans and pumps to general purpose drives. These IPMs integrate the latest power semiconductor and control ICs technologies  leveraging our advanced IGBTs, MOSFETs, gate driver ICs and thermo-mechanical innovations. IPM modules improve system performance and energy efficiency by delivering increased power density, enhanced system ruggedness and greater reliability.
  • TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7
    Infineon’s 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 and EC7 diode technology is based on the latest micro-pattern trench technology, which significantly reduces losses and offers a high level of control. The chip is specially optimized for industrial drive applications and delivers much lower static losses, higher power density levels and softer switching. Additionally, by raising the allowed maximum operation temperature up to 175 °C in the power module, an increase of the output current of up to 40 percent can be obtained.
  • Heatsink & mounting concepts for bipolar semiconductors
    Infineon® Power Stacks with bipolar power semiconductors are used across the most varied application spectrum in power ranges from a few kilowatts up to several megawatts. Our modular System Line portfolio includes solutions with thyristors and diodes and is optimized for various application scenarios.
