Capacity - we own the world's largest capacity for power devices with two fabs on 300mm production, two fabs on 200mm production and four backends.

Lead time and delivery performance - our lead time for CoolMOS™ CE products is typically faster than 4-6 weeks. We offer highest supply security and are able to fulfill more than 96% of orders before the committed delivery date.

Quality - our field failure rates are as low as 0.1 PPM.
