What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. When planning your attire please note temperatures can range from 65 – 75 fahrenheit during the day, with nights that become cool at the beach, 50 -55 fahrenheit.

Is it okay if I forward the invitation?

No, this is a personal invitation. All participants have been nominated by management in advance.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Crown Plaza Redondo Beach is a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from LAX depending on traffic.

What is the traffic like in the area?

Please take into consideration the local traffic when making your plans. If you have plans that take you into Los Angeles proper area (Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood, ect) traffic is at its heaviest from 7:00am – 10:00am and 3:00 – 8:00pm (weekdays).

Where is smoking allowed at the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited in the indoor locations and selected outdoor locations. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the hotel.
