If you are planning to stay overnight, you can book a room in the H4 hotel located across the road from the Wappenhalle building. We have block-booked a number of rooms at a special group rate for you to reserve individually. Please quote the booking reference “Infineon” if you wish to reserve one of these rooms. Reservations at the special group rate must be secured with a valid credit card or payment confirmation.

Please notice that the hotel room has to be booked on your own and latest 4 weeks before the event date.

8 weeks before arrival, 25% of the non-reserved block will be released for general sale.
6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the non-reserved block will be released for general sale.
4 weeks before arrival, all non-reserved rooms from the block will be released for general sale.

The reserved room at the group rate cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the days running up to arrival, all reservations are subject to availability.

Additional info: The earliest check-in time on the day of arrival is 15:00 and the latest check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00.

No-show costs: Guests who fail to cancel their reserved room in writing before the specified cancellation deadline will be charged 90% of the room rate for the number of nights reserved.
The hotel asks that all guests submit their cancellation requests in writing. Cancellation requests / price reductions shall only be deemed valid once they have been confirmed in writing by the hotel.
