What is your main idea?

Conundrum is an AI solution for predictive maintenance and optimization of industrial processes. Our software analyses the data from equipment sensors in real time and helps industrial companies to predict failures, quality issues and optimise manufacturing process. Conundrum algorithm continues to learn and improves its work in real time during the production process. Conundrum technology is based on combination of deep learning and reinforcement learning.We sell licences to use our software. We work with clients from metals & mining, pulp & paper and chemical industries.

What is/was your biggest challenge so far?

The biggest challenge was to develop an unmanned autonomous system that would handle the data from different equipment and industrial tasks. For example, the task of manufacturing optimization. We applied two technical approaches to handle it: generative adversarial networks (GANs) to create a stable digital twin of the manufacturing process and reinforcement learning to train our agent to perform the target actions in control system.
