The new 800V CoolMOS™ P7 power MOSFET family sets a new benchmark in efficiency and thermal performance, targeting applications such as  adapter, LED lighting, audio, industrial and auxiliary power.

 

800V CoolMOS™ C3 power MOSFETs is Infineon’s high performance device family with best R DS(on)/package, which enables reduced conduction losses and improved efficiency. This series is designed according to the revolutionary superjunction (SJ) principle and optimized for applications such as solar and industrial inverters, PC power supply, adapter, LCD TV and lighting applications.

 

Infineon's  800V CoolMOS™ CE family is specifically optimized for LED applications, providing all benefits of a fast switching superjunction MOSFET while not sacrificing ease-of-use.
