Overview
High power, fast switching Laser (VCSEL) and LED illumination driver
IRS9102C is a highly integrated laser diode and LED illumination driver IC for consumer applications. It is optimized for high power and fast switching applications e.g. for indirect Time-of-Flight applications using a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL). The driver integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver and switch components in a tiny package. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms complete the main feature set for most size, cost, and performance optimized camera module designs.
