We have designed the 7th generation of TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs especial for variable speed drives. Based on the new micro-pattern trench technology, which offer a high level of controllability. These features bring significant loss reduction in the application, especially for industrial drives, which usually operate at moderate switching frequency.
Every switch needs a driver, and the right driver makes a difference. Together with the TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7, we also offer the EiceDRIVER™ gate driver ICs, including low side driver, level-shift driver, and isolated driver. The EiceDRIVER™ family offers a wide range of output current options (from 0.1 A to 14 A) and different protection features like DESAT, Miller clamp, OCP, shutdown, integrated bootstrap diode, and isolation.
650 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 T7 Discrete
We introduce the discrete 650 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 portfolio with new soft EC7 diode inside. This best-in-class price performance range have premium controllability for the better EMI while switching losses are lower than the former technologies.
Our Easy 3B package is now equipped with the brand-new 950V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 S7 and L7 technology, which is optimized for 1500V PV string inverter. The S7 chip is optimized for 16kHz switching frequency whereas the L7 is optimized for 50Hz/60Hz. Together this chipset can enable a string inverter design capable of more than 200kW and weight well below 100kg. We will offer both inverter and boost solution with this IGBT7 chipset.
