The 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 is released in 2 product families – low conduction losses optimized S6 series and improved switching losses H6 series.

TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6 is the IGBT technology optimized for specific applications –  fast-speed 1200 V IGBT for solar, welding, or UPS. Each product targets optimal performance of the IGBT in the focus application.

About 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6

The 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 series is optimized for best performance in high-speed switching applications operating from 15 kHz to 40 kHz. The 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 was developed as easy plug-in replacement for predecessor 1200 V HighSpeed 3 IGBT series. Direct replacement of 1200 V HighSpeed3 IGBT with the new S6 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6 allows up to 0.15 percent efficiency improvement without any change in board design.
