Overview

CoolGaN™ Integrated Power Stage (IPS) single-channel 600V to deliver high density, high efficiency solution

IGI60F100A1L combines a single 100 mΩ (typ.) / 600 V enhancement-mode CoolGaN™ switch with a dedicated gate driver in a thermally enhanced 8 x 8 mm QFN-21 package. Due to the galvanic functional isolation between input and output, the power stage can cover a broad spectrum of applications and topologies.

Infineon’s CoolGaN™ power switches provide a very robust gate structure. When driven by a continuous gate current of a few mA in the “on” state, a minimum on-resistance RDS(on) is always guaranteed, independent of temperature and parameter variations
