PFC demoboard system solution high power density 800W 130kHz platinum server design


The purpose of this demoboard is to demonstrate the performance of the latest 600V CoolMOS™ C7 (IPP60R180C7) power MOSFET technology working at 130kHz in a CCM PFC boost converter along with 2EDN EiceDRIVER™ ICs (2EDN7524F) and 650V CoolSiC™ schottky diode generation 5 (IDH06G65C5) using analog and digital control (ICE3PCS01G, ICE2QR2280Z,   XMC1402).

  • Topology: classic PFC working in CCM
  • Input voltage: 90V ac -265V ac
  • Max peak input current: 10A RMS @ V in = 90V AC and P out_max = 800W
  • Board dimensions: 120mm x 80mm x 40mm
