2-Series expands infineon’s 8-bit XC800 microcontroller (MCU) family to provide more scalable performance @ 4 KB Flash memory for cost-sensitive automotive applications. Operating at up to 24 MHz. Optimized for brushless DC motor control. Low cost at high performance.
