Debug, Trace, Measure and Calibrate
Infineon releases its TC37x Emulation Devices, offering the same feature set as the TC37x standard family with additional debug and tracing capabilities. The TC37xTE offers support for calibration, rapid prototyping, instrumentation and debug/emulation.
TC37xTE is based on TC37x. It can be used to emulate:
- TC37x standard devices (3 CPUs)
- TC36x standard devices (2 CPUs)
