TRAVEO™ T2G CYT3BB/CYT4BB Series
Arm® Cortex®-M7F-BASED CYT3BB/4BB series with 4MB flash memory for high performance
Infineon's TRAVEO™ T2G CYT3BB/CYT4BB MCUs redefine automotive body electronics by embedding potent processing and network connectivity through the Arm® Cortex®-M7. Ideal for body control modules, HVAC, lighting, they ensure security via HSM, Arm® Cortex®-M0+, and dual-bank flash for FOTA. Six power modes optimize energy use, while memory/pin scalability enhance flexibility.
TRAVEO™ T2G CYT3BB/CYT4BB series feature a 250 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 single/dual, I/D-cache, 4 MB flash, 256 KB work flash, 768 KB SRAM, and Arm® Cortex®-M0+ for crypto. The supply range is 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Interface includes up to 8-channel CAN FD, 11-channel SCB, 16-channel LIN-UART, eMMC, SMIF, and 10/100 Ethernet. The inclusion of I2S/TDM with 3-channel Tx and 3-channel Rx adds to the audio capabilities of these MCUs.
The AD converter handles up to 72 channels, with 12-bit resolution and 3x successive approximation ADC (SAR ADC) units for heightened precision. The timers offer motor control, 16-bit TCPWM, and 32-bit TCPWM.
High-speed I/O at 3.3 V in BGA caters to modern needs and is supported by a secondary 3.3 V I/O operation voltage. Packages range from 100-pin TEQFP, 144-pin TEQFP, 176-pin TEQFP, to 272-ball BGA.
