Infineon’s AIROC™ CY8C6347BZI-BLD53 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power and secured MCU platform, purpose-built for IoT applications. This based on Infineon’s PSoC™ 63 MCU with AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE platform. This device is a combination of a high-performance microcontroller with low-power flash technology, digital programmable logic, high-performance analog-to-digital conversion and standard communication and timing peripherals.
Infineon’s AIROC™ CY8C6347BZI-BLD53 offers a secure, powerful 150-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F (CM4) CPU with single-cycle multiply, floating point, and memory protection unit (MPU) and a 100-MHz Cortex-M0+ (CM0+) CPU with single-cycle multiply and MPU operable at 1.1V or 0.9V. This device also offers CapSense® with the best-in-class signal-to-noise ratio, liquid tolerance, and proximity sensing. This device is available in multiple package sizes: a 124-BGA and 104-M-CSP with USB or a 116-BGA, 104-M-CSP, and 68-QFN with no USB options.

Infineon’s AIROC™ CYBLE-416045-02 is a fully certified Bluetooth® LE module based on Infineon’s PSOC™ 63-BLE. This embedded module includes a royalty-free Bluetooth® stack compatible with Bluetooth® 5.0 and is available in 14 x 18.5 x 2.00 mm SMT form-factor and is certified to FCC, ISED, MIC, and CE regulations.
