XC23xxD-Series



The XC232xD (VQFN-48) and XC233xD (QFP-64) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a Flash size of up to 160 K and a 66MHz performance, the micro controller is well suited for low cost safety applications.

 

Key features:

  • Up to 66 MHz frequency = 66 MIPS performance
  • Up to 160 KB of flash memory and 12 KB of RAM
  • Parallel Flash Programming
  • 2 PWM units (CCU6) to drive 3-phase motor
  • 1 very fast 12-bit A/D converter
  • Up to 4 serial interfaces (USIC channels)
  • Integrated window watchdog
  • Small packages for space critical application/saving of PCB space
  • Low power consumption
  • DAP - Device Access Port (2 wire JTAG, replaces 5 wire JTAG)
