The XC226x (LQFP-100) and XC228x (LQFP-144) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a Flash size of up to 768 K and a 80MHz performance, the micro controller is well suited for automotive body applications.

 

Key features:

  • 80 MHz frequency = 80 MIPS performance
  • Up to 768 KB of flash memory and 82 KB of RAM
  • Parallel Flash Programming
  • Up to 4 PWM units (CCU6) to drive 3-phase motor
  • Two very fast A/D converters
  • Up to 8 serial interfaces (USIC channels)
  • DAP - Device Access Port (2 wire JTAG, replaces 5 wire JTAG)

KIT_DAP_MINIWIGGLER_USB Microcontroller The miniWiggler is Infineon’s high performance and cost-efficient debugging tool for the future. On the host side, it has an USB interface, which is available on every computer. On the device side, the communication goes over Infineon 10-pin DAP or 16-pin OCDSL1 interfaces. The miniWiggler has been designed specifically to work in combination with Infineon’s Debug Access Software (DAS).
