Infineon’s highly diverse teams at all locations make it special. From Munich to Melaka, or Villach to Kulim, we have a very diverse and highly spirited team, all working together towards meaningful contributions to people and the world that we live in.

My main task as Head of Automotive Quality in the AP region is to develop a robust strategy and oversee execution geared towards continuous improvement to realize optimum customer satisfaction for our product quality and service in the region.

We ensure that our customers are able to use our products in the best way possible – free from any defects or failures and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

I enjoy working toward continuous improvement, preventing failures and improving efficiency; we’re able to directly engage with our valued customers, listening to and understanding their needs, and building constructive relationships through key customer management.

The relentless pursuit of improvement within a stable product and process. It can be challenging to explore new ways of increasing efficiency in existing methods that deliver value for both our customers and for Infineon.

I would advise my younger self to spend more time unlearning and relearning, understanding “the art of people”, and acquiring skills on how to lead and to inspire one another – as people create value!

I communicate with all stakeholders in the supply chain ‒ providing me with a broad technical and process overview to support product development. I enjoy solving problems, always prioritizing the customer’s concerns.

The warm and friendly atmosphere. Infineon supports well-being by respecting a healthy work-life balance.

In my job as Director Quality Management, I lead and manage a team of product quality managers for consumer, industrial, and automotive markets. We support product development by ensuring compliance with quality and customer requirements in relation to our products. Throughout the entire product lifecycle, I maintain our Quality Management System.

Enabling reliable products fulfilling customer requirements and quality standards.

When we – as a team – work successfully together with our stakeholders to achieve the targeted customer requirements for product releases. I enjoy motivating my team and creating an inspiring working atmosphere, supporting them in reaching ambitious goals.

If unforeseeable risks pop up too late during development, compromises need to be quickly evaluated and decided upon. In addition, creating an awareness for and understanding of different quality requirements per application area is one of the challenges I have to face today, along with changed market environments.

My versatile background in many different functions, including strategic and operational management, coupled with technical expertise. I have benefited from Infineon’s offer to develop myself ‒ and not just in my own area of responsibility.
